By visiting APPARELAFFAIR.sg ("We") and using the services provided online or offline mode, you ("user", "buyer") had given consent and agree to adhere to it. APPARELAFFAIR.sg reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without giving any notifications.

1. HOW TO ORDER?
a) To start viewing products listed, simply navigate through the navigation.
b) Select the product you will like to view.
c) To purchase, click on <<ORDER FORM>> page below the product and fill in the form or e-mail us with the format stated.
d) After submitting the order form or e-mail to us, you will receive a “Sales Invoice” within 24 hours to the given e-mail address. Do e-mail directly to sales@apparelaffair.sg again should you not receive a sales invoice or any further instructions within the 24 hours’ time frame.
f) Follow the instructions stated in the e-mail to secure your product(s).

1.1 Backorders
For all backorders, no invoices will be issued. Please e-mail us directly with the format of order form plus your bank account number (for refund if you do not secure a slot) and we will only invoice once backorder closes. Should you do not manage to secure a slot for the backorder, a refund will be made to your bank account stated to us.

Please note that all buyers who go missing in action or backing out regardless of whatever reasons will be blacklisted. Please shop responsibly and only confirm when you are 100 percent sure!

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All product details are stated clearly to the best that we can.

2.1 Colors:
At APPARELAFFAIR.sg, we make every effort to display the colours of apparels that appear on the site. However, actual colours will varies due to the different monitor-to-monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colours of apparels you see on your monitor will be reflected accurately.

2.2 Measurements:
All sizes and measurements are stated clearly and to the greatest approximate best fit. All sizes indicated are in UK sizing and inch (“).

2.3 Pricing:
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). Prices are subject to change and revised without notice. Price stated for each product is not inclusive of postage charges.

2.4 How to measure:
a) PTP (Bust) is measured from the front left underarm to right underarm horizontally. Note: Measure horizontally across bust and not around the whole chest.
b) Length is measured from the shoulder to bottom of apparel or otherwise stated.

2.5 Wash Care:
For lace- Please hand wash or otherwise place in a laundry bag if machine wash. Ironing is not advised.
For chiffon- Hand wash or place in a laundry bag if machine wash. Low heat ironing, steam ironing best recommended.
For other materials- Group similar wash care garments into whites, darks and colours. Always cold wash the apparels. Don’t leave apparels with white and coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods. Low to medium heat ironing.

2.6 Availability:
All goods are subjected to availability. All apparels in APPARELAFFAIR.sg are either exclusively handpicked, designed or manufactured. Once an item is sold out, it will not be available any more unless back order due to popular demand.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION
All payment stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$).

3.1 For local shoppers:
Payment options of a) Internet Banking (“IB”), b) ATM Transfers and c) Interbank Transfer (“IBT”) are available.
Upon payment made, simply reply the e-mail of “Sales Invoice” with date of transaction, IB nick or photo of transaction slip.
Please note that verification will only be done upon payment received.  
Your product will be secured once you receive a “Verified” e-mail and parcel will be mailed within 1 to 2 days.

3.2 For international shoppers:
Payment option is only currently via PayPal. Please kindly e-mail us at SALES@APPARELAFFAIR.SG with your residential details for us to give you clearer purchase advices. A transaction fee of 3.4% will be chargeable to the buyer for payments made via PayPal.

4. DELIVERY GUIDE AND COST
All parcels are delivered by a third party, Singapore Post.

4.1 For shoppers within Singapore:
Normal postage charge will be priced at S$1.50 for the first piece of apparel and additional $0.50 for each subsequent pieces unless otherwise stated. Registered postage is strongly advised at a top-up of S$2.30 per parcel. Parcels mailed via normal postage are not of tracking capability unlike registered postage. Please note that APPARELAFFAIR.sg will not be responsible and/or held liable for any lost parcel once we had passed it over to the post office.

Please allow 2 to 4 working days for parcels to reach to you.

4.2 For international shoppers:
Please kindly e-mail us at SALES@APPARELAFFAIR.SG with your residential details for us to give you clearer purchase advices. Do note that any additional duty or custom charges applicable in the destination country will be payable by the buyer. For all international parcels, it is compulsory to pay an additional S$2.30 to register your parcel for tracking capability to prevent any lost of parcel(s) during transition and/or handling of delivery.

All parcels will be mailed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. A reply will be replied to the e-mail stating the verification status and date in which the parcel will be mailed.

5. Exchanges and Refunds
No exchanges and refunds will be made due to exclusiveness and limited pieces of apparels. Hence, which also means we do quality check on each and every single piece personally to ensure that every single piece is of no defects. However do note that once the parcel(s) is/are handled over to SingPost, we do not guarantee that there will not be any mishandling during the delivery period which caused damage(s). Refunds will only be made should you not secure a slot during a back order.
